Jillian Wilkinson

Library Assistant

Jillian works two mornings a week (Monday and Wednesday) during Full Term on the Library issue desk. She qualified in librarianship in New Zealand and has worked in various libraries in New Zealand, England and Belgium, in three languages.

Jillian has a degree from the Open University in humanities, mostly philosophy.

Other interests

The proper care of people in detention: Jillian runs a visitor scheme to the Oakington Immigration Reception Centre, and is organising their library for detainees.
